It might only be a light switch, but I've never dared use it. If it's bad to call 911, or pull a fire alarm without an emergency, how much more so to call Batman without a reason? I'm not sure what I'd say, offer him coffee I suppose, assure him that I thought the Batman button was only a light switch, and thus my mistake in pushing it.
Though on the other hand, it does put me quite at ease knowing that there's a Batman button just a few meters from my room, I can sleep soundly,

Wow, I wish I had a button on my wall to call on a superhero when I need it. You just never know, do you?
