a new land

today I arrived in germany, and I don't think this will be a long post, since I haven't really done anything yet other than arrive.

it was a long, but uneventful [which I think is a good thing] trip. I got to stuttgart and am now staying with some people there for a few days before I start my program. and tomorrow I think I'll go explore the city. and to make me feel at home the sky is all grey and overcast all oregon style.
